Lead Scoring — Assign MQL Status

Overview

This workflow evaluates contacts based on behavioral and demographic signals to assign a lead score. When a contact crosses the MQL threshold (score ≥ 50), it updates the Lifecycle Stage to “Marketing Qualified Lead” and notifies the assigned sales rep.

Trigger

Re-enrollment: Enabled — contacts are re-evaluated when any of these properties change: hubspot_score, lifecyclestage, recent_conversion_event_name

What It Does

  1. Checks if hubspot_score is greater than or equal to 50
  2. If true → Sets Lifecycle Stage to MQL
  3. Creates a task for the contact owner: “Review new MQL — [Contact Name]”
  4. Sends internal notification email to the sales team Slack channel via webhook
  5. If false → Adds to “Nurture — Not Yet Qualified” list for further engagement
