This privacy policy describes how Bitmule Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Vektir ("the Service"), accessible at vektir.io and app.vektir.io.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image provided through your authentication provider (Google or HubSpot OAuth).

HubSpot Portal Data

When you connect a HubSpot portal, we access and store configuration data from your portal through the HubSpot API. This includes workflows, properties, pipelines, lists, forms, marketing emails, sequences, custom objects, and other portal configuration. This data is used solely to generate documentation for your portal.

We store your HubSpot OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) to maintain the connection to your portal and perform automated scans.

Important: We access HubSpot configuration data only — we do not access, read, or store your CRM records such as individual contacts, companies, deals, or tickets.

Usage Data

We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, and scan activity to improve the Service.

Waitlist Information

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and optionally the number of HubSpot portals you manage.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service, including scanning your HubSpot portal and generating documentation
• Maintain and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Process your waitlist request

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your HubSpot portal data for any purpose other than generating documentation for your account.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Vektir:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — Your HubSpot portal configuration data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate documentation. Anthropic processes this data according to their API usage policy and does not use API inputs for training. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Vercel — Hosting and deployment. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Neon — Database hosting (PostgreSQL). See Neon's privacy policy.
• Inngest — Background job processing for portal scans. See Inngest's privacy policy.
• HubSpot API — Portal data access via your authorized OAuth connection.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. HubSpot OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

We retain your account data and portal documentation for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a portal or delete your account, the associated data is removed.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data through the Vektir dashboard at any time
• Disconnect a HubSpot portal, which stops all scanning and data collection for that portal
• Delete your account by contacting us at the email below, which removes all your data
• Export your documentation in Markdown format from the dashboard

If you are located in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability, the right to rectification, and the right to restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

Vektir uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

Vektir is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
