Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vektir ("the Service"), operated by Bitmule Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Vektir connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth, reads your portal configuration, and uses AI to generate documentation. The Service includes automated scanning, documentation generation, search, export, and version history features.

Account Registration

To use Vektir, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

HubSpot Portal Access

By connecting a HubSpot portal, you represent that you have authorization to access that portal's data and to grant Vektir read access through the HubSpot API. If you are connecting a client's portal as an agency, you are responsible for ensuring you have your client's permission to do so.

We access portal configuration data only (workflows, properties, pipelines, forms, etc.). We do not access individual CRM records such as contacts, companies, or deals.

You may disconnect a portal at any time, which revokes Vektir's access and stops all automated scanning for that portal.

AI-Generated Documentation

Documentation is generated using AI (Anthropic's Claude API) and is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of your portal configuration. You should review generated documentation and not rely on it as the sole source of truth for critical business decisions.

We do not guarantee that documentation will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access HubSpot portals you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Bitmule Tech LLC. Your HubSpot portal data remains yours. Documentation generated by the Service from your portal data is yours to use, export, and share as you see fit.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing details, plan limits, and billing terms will be published on our website when the Service moves out of early access. During the early access period, the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans and modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, HubSpot API changes, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will provide notice where practical.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitmule Tech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitmule Tech LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.
